Paling Berat (So Far)

Dear Sufi,


I've to admit, I am overwhelmed. I am emotionally involved this time. Maybe because this is the first baby in the family after I had you. That evening, the last text I received from Mak Ngah Ida was -  "I'm in labour now. dh buka 4cm. doc tgh gelabah minta ot pggil i urgently. doa 4 me. sakit dah contraction. pape u msg abg jas ok."


I drove back from office crying. Why? Entah la..maybe sebab the fact that Mak Ngah Ida has to go through c-sect for the 5th baby and since the previous four babies were just a smooth sailing deliveries. And the thought of the post c-sect . . .is just terrifying (100x terrifying) for me...and the thought of Mak Ngah Ida has 4 kids to take care . . . .terasa sangat la challenging physically and emotionally..... especially when Ismail is just 1.5 years old.


Alhamdulillah, the operation was performed by a Specialist and Mak Ngah gave a thumbs up to her. So the surprised baby came into this world at 6.43pm weighed 3.74kg at Hospital HTAR, Klang. Alhamdulillah...its a baby girl! Everyone is happy! Including me! So now,  Nenek is a granny of 3 grandsons and 6 grandaughters.

......Facepalm.
I charged the camera battery a day before but it was not charge all along!

Facepalm lagi sekali.
Mama dah charge tapi rupanya tak on pun!

Facepalm kali ketiga.
Patut la the yellow light tak terang. Haha. Pendek akal kejap.


So, I have to settle with my camera phone. . . ok la dari takde...
 

We got to see the newborn after 18 hours.

So finally after the long wait..you gotta meet baby Mak Ngah Ida

Pegang rambut baby, pegang Pipi baby

Suka Sufi pegang pipi baby

Abang Man datang bukan nak tengok adik..nak makan! kesian kelaparan balik Pasti.

Banyak kali Sufi kiss baby tau..Sampai marah kat Nenek kalau Nenek dukung baby berdiri.

Everytime tanya nama..Mak Ngah Ida kata tak tahu lagi

Ismail dah jadi Abang!

Mama cakap kat Mak Ngah Ida..nama baby ni..Nur Raihanah.. hehe selamba je bagi nama kat anak buah

Ye la since Mak Ngah Ida kata dari dlu lagi..nama anak perempuan amik sempena isteri Rasulullah.

Mak Ngah Ida cakap..boleh tak Sufi je tolong replace Mak Ngah atas katil ni..Mak Ngah tak sabar nak balik
