HK Day 1
Dear Sufi,
It's 1037 pm. Its our 1st day in HK. You're asleep while we're having starbucks at Central Pier. Kesian Sufi penat. Penat tido kejap sangat malam tadi. 5am dah kena bangun. I'm tired too but I've promised myself to jot down our daily activities while we're here.
-rasa mcm nak tercekik banyak sgt food MAS bagi. Kek la. Buah la. Mcm2 sgt. Tak habis lagi terus bg ice cream. Rugi banyak tak habis. Sufi mcm serabut je dok dalam flight. Tengok cartoon but at the same time you look serabut. Kesian. You fell asleep at 1130am. We reached HK at 1255pm
- we took bus A21 from airport to Middle Road stop. Me and Papa have a great time standing in the bus looking right and left. The views are simply stunning!!!! Berbeza sungguh kemajuan HK & Malaysia. Bukit cantik betul. First time Mama tengok bukit camtu. No trees only grasses. Views of the harbour from Lantau Island was simply amazing! Jauh beza dengan Pelabuhan Klang. Canggih la. Kagum.
- We walked to find our hotel using the direction. Kelakar sebab semua landmark jupe tapi hotel takde! Rupanya main entrance ada construction. I've read tonnes of great reviews of Hop Inn and how small the rooms are. Oh mmg la tersangat kecik! Sufi continue tido dlm stroller ek! Huhuhu.
- We ate dinner at Palki, indian restaurant with halal sign. Just a level below of our hotel. We ordered briyani fish. Konon nak share. Kecik aje portion. We ordered another seafood fried rice. Both sedap. Total 221HKD.
-Walked to the Promenade to watch Symphony of Lights which I planned to go tonight since every Friday they'll narrate the show in English. Around 735pm, an announcement were made. The show is cancelled from oct 4th to 6th as a mourning to the victims of Lamma Island. Haiyoooo of all daysssss! oh tapi cantiknye skyline HK! Wish I owned a wide angle lense!!!!!!!
-So we took the Star Ferry to Central. I spent a few minutes to capture the tallest building in Central - need to find out what building is that.
- stopped by at 1881 Heritage and told Papa a funny story about a Malay lady blogger who got scolded at Tiffany @ 1881 Heritage sebab duduk kat celah kedai buat susu anak. Since Sufi dah tidur dalam stroller, I climbed up the tower alone. It was a very sweet and lovely smell when I reached the top. Bunga melur kot. Rasa romantic je tapi Papa were downstairs with you.
-we strolled back to Luxury brands street only to find out our hotel is just outside that street. Dekat sangat dengan Dior. Since it was still early - 930pm, mama ajak papa singgah Sasa. Sekali tersinggah kedai camera. Papa kata beli je mini flexible tripod kat situ since esok nak guna.
-ya allah! Kena paksa beli wide angle lense cap Pro Tamo. Mama tak tanya pun. Mama just tanya tripod je. Tapi dia nampak camera tergantung kat leher mama terus offer mcm2 soh upgrade itu dan ini. Dari harga 2880HKD sampai 950HKD dia nak jual. Dah la Mama tak pernah pun amik tahu pasal brand lense ni. At first rasa mcm nak beli je. Tapi I told myself that at least I need to google the brand first. Lagi fishy bila dia senang2 nak bg discount kan. Dah la Papa dah bg 500HKD for the tripod. Di xnak bg balance selagi tak beli lense. Siap nak bg filter free bagai. Last2 mama berdiri cakap xnak. Sebaik tak marah tapi dia sgt dissapointed la. Balik bilik mama tetus google - ramai pun org question brand ni. Chepo ! Huh selamat duit mama! Lesson learnt -jangan ikot nafsu. Jadi lah pembeli yg bijak. Tapi harus la nnt kena beli wide angle lense. Haiyoo. Hmm tak pyh kot upgrade smat fon. Better beli lense. Fon ni ok je can call and sms. Hmmm oh samsung sIII.
Ok dah. Esok p disneyland! Get up early ye Papa and Sufi!!
