Dear Sufi,

Me being me...
As always..
Feeling all hyped up for our trip.
I woke up at 6am on a Sunday morning to cook and pack our lunch.

That night, I forced you to go to bed early and Papa had to sacrifice his Chelsea vs Liverpool final match (Liverpool lost..kesian Papa :p).

Papa: Pukul berapa awak nak pergi esok ni?
Mama: 730 dah keluar pintu rumah.
Papa mampu sengih je...Papa tengok sikit je match malam tu..THANK YOU, Yang for sleeping early. Teehee.

Alaaas...tapi last-last 8.40am baru kita keluar rumah...hmm...Mama pakaikan pampers longgar kot malam tu..habis Sufi kencing...Papa lah yang basuh.. THANK YOU again Yang! Teeheehee...Everytime Sufi muntah ke..terkencing ke..mesti Papa yang basuh...I'm so lucky lahh...(senyum mengada). Teeheeheehee

Takpe lah..janji jadi pergi kan! Tapi mak aii..mahalnye tiket!!! RM25 for adults and free for 3 years and below..fuhh nasib baik Sufi belum 3 years old lagi!

A trip to make it up to you - to the KL Bird Park! 

Since we arrived early, around 930am the parrots are feeding themselves..

Sukanya kaler biru ni..best sebab the birds are not kept in the cage..and semua pun jinak..

haiyoo..still tak cantik la..struggling..still!!!

Punye la banyak peacock shots..but ni je yang ok

Memang tersangat lah banyak peacock kat bird park ni

Cool la bird park ni..macam petting zoo...birds are everywhere..

After 30 years, my first peacock feather..I was looking at a peacock when I suddenly saw the feather falling down..lucky me!

Best jugak dapat amik gambar pegang burung..hornbill tu jinak btol...RM35...too pricey for us la...so snap aje lah gambar random family ni..

This was your favourite! Tak payah introduce Sufi dah cakap..Burung Hantu! Both Papa and Mama teruja tengok Burung Hantu...My fav is on the top - Burung Hantu Melayu. Nampak macam patung but they are real!

Papa kata look at those large feet - Southern Cassowary..Tapi yang lagi kelakar when you first saw it, you said "Mama, dia buat macam ni..." showing off your hands (gaya buat rambut pacak) and we called it Irsyad, the Cassowary - macam rambut best friend Sufi at school. Hehe

First time menjadi macro - the parrots are in the cage..tapi berjaya buat cage tu tak nampak kan..cantik sangat2 bulu species ni..

Sufi dah start takut...the parrots flying everywhere...bertenggek pun sesuka hati. Mama and Papa enjoyed masa ni..punye la banyak parrots..mama siap kena patuk 2 kali..1 tu sampai berdarah jugak la..

Dah lama sampai kat bird park, baru ada energy. .apadaaa

I rated this bird show 8 out of 10. Not bad all - the Malay instructor spoke good and clear English which was good since there were quite a number of tourists. We had fun! This particular stunt was your fav!

This park is much better than our Zoo Negara...well maintained, a lot of birds and its huge! We had a great time since we love nature and animals..Thank you to Papa who taught us to love and appreciate animals :)

So, dapat jugak Sufi pegi bird park...you were supposed to go there during your school trip last March. But the trip diverted to indoor visits to Muzium Negara and Planetarium Negara since it was raining from morning until evening..Rupanya rezeki Sufi nak pegi ngan Papa and Mama.

Hmmm...ada rezeki nanti...Mama nak bela parrot kecik yang kaler biru tu lah... Papa cakap 2 ekor pun dah cukup :)

p/s: I suddenly realize I forgot to take photos of bangaus - one of the animal you correctly spotted there :)
