Cik Ngoh Kawin!

Oh my.... I need to rewrite this entry.. It will never the same as the first :( 

Dear Sufi,

Wow..where should I start off on our five-day holiday at kampung Papa?

Hmmm.. our first day...

Wednesday: 

Drove back to Machang and reached at Tok Abah's place around 6pm. Papa was tired as there were more than 30 lorries on the road and as usual...I can't stand the nagging! Tidakkkk!!!

We had approximately two hours to get ready for Cik Ngoh's somenization at the mosque nearby. I pretty sure what to expect since I've attended your Cik Nim's solemnization in 2010. Tok Abah told us there were eleven couples to get married that night. Fortunately there were only four couples. Pheww! During Cik Nim's ceremony, there were eight couples and oh man... we had a longgg wait. But at least there was a microphone and we know what were going on! I was sitting a few steps away as I was recording a video of the akad but I barely hear a thing!

So which is your future Ayoh Ngoh?

I didnt see Tok Ma shed a tear this time maybe because she didn't hear a thing!

Immediately after the batal air sembahyang ceremony, we got back to Tok Abah's place for a small kenduri dinner. I was strolling inside the house failing to spot your whereabout until I saw Papa came out from Cick Su's room...

Pakai inai rupanya. Sufi tak tanya pun ngan Mama. Nasib baik pakai kat kuku aje

 Thursday:


It was a hectic and tiring day with a few hiccups!  The catering did not send the food and Papa need to drive and get it. A guest went back home without eating :/ Not enough bekas, not enough senduk and etc.. I was only wearing a t-shirt and pants when your aunties sent me to the room to change to my baju kurung at 1pm. My baju kurung sleeves were rolled up most of the time anyway :p Papa lagi teruk.. tak mandi dari pagi :p It was my first time seeing Papa so dedicated as jurukako yang paling handsome! At some point, I stopped and stared at him. He was happy. *my heart melts* Alhamdulillah. 

You on the other hand was having the time of your life! Showered with chocs and candies! You were drenched with sweat and using up your energy by doing .. erghh.. I'm not sure what you were doing since I was busy cedoking lauk outside. Everyone else were occupied with their own tasks so you ended up layan diri sendiri. You fell asleep on my shoulder and by the time Ayoh Ngoh and his family arrived, you were sound asleep in the room. So that explains why you were not in the family photos - if you're curious :p

Funny moment that I'm sure Cik Ngoh will remember..the lady shoved back her hand.. Cik Ngoh dah menganga baik punye :p

Ayoh Ngoh went back to his house alone that evening because he didnt bring any extra clothes. Datang sehelai sepinggang pakai baju pengantin. Kelakar betol!




Friday:


Cleaning up, resting and Cik Su ajak pergi Pasar Tani. Whoaaa the fish and water plants are cheapppp! But Papa said the fish would not survive our journey back to KL :( But I plan to buy the water plants on our next visit!

Papa washed the pick up in the morning which gave a great opportunity for you to main air!

Getting ready for the kenduri at Ayoh Ngoh's place at Tanah Merah in the late afternoon when Cik Na suddenly called out for me.. 

"Kak Mai..tolong ni wat camno nih...", she looked desperate since it was already 1pm!

erkkkkkk.... i was at the wrong time and wrong place! So I did the most simple deco on the bowl of akok! haha.

The journey to Tanah Merah was fun. I learnt from Cik Ngoh that almost one year ago, One of Ayoh Ngoh's uncle was asking Tok Abah for any single and available daughter. Ayoh Ngoh and his family immediately fall in love with Cik Ngoh. After just TWO dates.. the got married. I can't imagine myself... we had about 2000 dates before we got married! Salah concept sebenarnya :p Cik Ngoh bercinta lepas kahwin la camni :) Sweet kan? It was shocking to know that Cik Ngoh never been to Ayoh Ngoh's place before..so when Papa drove deep inside a bumpy small road... Cik Ngoh went...

"Ah sudah..hute mano mu nok anto aku nih? ahh sudah la.."

Papa, me and Cik Ah laughed out loud. And you suddenly laughed too :)

When Papa got off from the pick up to talk to Tok Abah to find where to park, I was quite surprised when she asked me...

"Kak Mai cemana dulu 1st time kena tinggal lepas kenduri?"

I told her the truth.

"Cepat lah nak hirup udara KL nih! Harung aje la Fariza :)"

Sufi,

Cik Ngoh is your first aunty that I got to know. Before i got married, we occasionally text each other and we build up a close and dear relationship since then. She knows about me the most I think :)

Rumah Ayoh Ngoh is exactly beside the ladang getah. I love the view!

Kesian anak Mama lapar. The food was MARVELOUS! I took everything in a large portion. Puas hati Mama!
